Sham is the name given to Low Ladakh area (from Kalatse to Nimo). This very accessible and short trekking (3550 m at the higher point) will be perfectly appropriate for those who search a more cultural side of their walk activity. You will visit many different orders monasteries, observe and maybe you will take part in the life of the villages. No major difficulty on this trekking, just the surprise to arrive in these greenery oasis which constitute the Ladakhi villages always very welcoming. The landscapes remain always also beautiful and wild. The light, the colors and the air purity will charm all the photographers. A trekking to be discovered in good Company, of course.
