Advised equipment to have during trekking (nonexhaustive list, add according your needs). For the ascents, we will give you a list (by email) with the technical equipment which you will need.
We limit the porters' load to 30kg. For the trekkings in lodges, 1 porter for 2 people (think to them). Possibility to leave your unused equipment in the hotel at Katmandou.
You can find equipment marked with * in Katmandou, Pokhara, Namche Bazar, Manang. Quality is less, the gore tex not waterproof and condensing, the seams and the zips dubious, 8/9 max for the shoes size, the mountain glasses offering a random protection...
Equipment is essential for the good way of your activity. Don't forget that it is for your safety. It represents a significant part of your success. We will check it for the package formula.

But attention, it does not protect from the pulmonary and cerebral oedemas. It is effective especially in preventive treatment. It will never replace a good physical form and a good altitude acclimatization. It is subjected to some use restrictions. Ask also to your doctor.
